How much will my renovation or construction project cost?
Project costs depend on the size of the space, materials selected, existing conditions, and the type of work required. After learning more about your project, we can provide a clearer estimate based on the actual scope rather than giving you a generic price.
How long will my project take to complete?
The timeline varies depending on the service and complexity of the project. Smaller painting, flooring, or repair jobs may take only a few days, while larger renovations can take several weeks or longer. We will discuss the expected schedule with you before work begins and keep you informed throughout the project.
Can you handle multiple services as part of the same renovation?
Yes. Greater Vancouver Construction Group provides painting, electrical, landscaping, renovation, flooring, cabinetry, piping, HVAC, duct cleaning, and tiling services. This allows us to coordinate multiple parts of a project and reduce the need for you to manage several separate contractors.
Do I need to move out while renovation work is being done?
Not always. For smaller or isolated projects, you may be able to remain in your home while the work is completed. Larger renovations involving multiple rooms, major demolition, or essential systems may require temporary arrangements. We will explain what to expect based on your specific project.
